Things That People Who Can't Smell Do

Did I mention that I might have created a position at work which I refer to as, "Saire Support" (SS)? It's kind of like a PA crossed with some sort of entertainment role. SS's duties include but are not limited to: tea and low fat cottage cheese runs, fashion advice, being pretty but trying not to be prettier than me (just kidding, not really but maybe), sending me photos of Alexa that I've never seen (this one is hard), providing me with office gossip, making me laugh and giving me compliments.

There are other things too. Like the time I assigned SS to list and email me their top 10 favourite smells. Here is what I received:

My Top Ten Favourite Smells:

Matches once they have been matched

Nice Aftershave/Perfume

The smell that rich people have

Fresh flowers

Cakes/bread that has just come out of the oven

The smell of my nana –kind of musty but nice (altho not now she is dead)

The smell of a new pair of leather shoes- actually new leather in general

The smell of horses

The smell of horse manure- actual quite nice (altho its prob cos my grandad works with horses and so it reminds me of him)

The smell of success- which I experience in every aspect of my life
